AI has real benefits, and we don’t pretend otherwise. But at Oyelo Works we believe it shouldn’t be used to create creative work. Every sound, picture and moving image we deliver is written, performed, shot, cut and finished by a person.

   Composing, voicing, generating images or footage, writing scripts, or any creative decision.

2. Openly

   Where we do use it, openly

   As a tool in a person’s hands: cleaning up audio (noise and reverb removal), transcripts and captions, picture assistance (masking, tracking, upscaling), and first-draft translation, which a native speaker always checks. And admin, when it never contains client material.

3. Your material

   Your material stays with us

   Anything text-based (transcripts, translations, scripts, copy) is processed by local models running on our own machines, not connected to the internet. Nothing containing sensitive or client information is ever sent to a cloud-based AI service.

4. What we weigh

   What we weigh

   The artists whose work trains these models, the jobs in our industry, and the energy and water large models consume. We count that cost before we adopt any new tool.
